The wedding date is decided, the site is reserved and the invitations are soon to be created. The next step is typically a “save the date” card mailed to each of your intended guests. However, the arrangements to get everyone to the island and in many cases, to/from airport to the boat terminals require a lot of planning. To make sure that this does not become an obstacle, Catalina by Design has a wonderful solution.

Simply list our name and our toll free number on your “save the date” card or any pre-wedding information sent out. Our knowledgeable staff can handle all the details as well as provide hotel accommodations and boat reservations. Since guests typically pay for their own rooms and travel, this arrangement frees you both up to concentrate on the actual wedding service and the corresponding reception, luncheon or dinner. The official term is individual reservations to group block and it is at no cost to the bride and groom.
